Die App SwingCam

SwingCam erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Die App hat kein Benutzerkonto, keinen eigenen Server, keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste und sendet keine Daten an uns oder an Dritte.

Kamera und Mikrofon: Die App nutzt die Kamera, um deinen Golfschwung zu filmen, und das Mikrofon, um den Ballkontakt am Geräusch zu erkennen und den Ton zum Clip aufzunehmen. Die Auswertung (Schwungphasen, Körperhaltung, Schläger) läuft vollständig auf deinem iPhone. Die Videos werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.

Fotos: Nur wenn du einen Clip ausdrücklich sicherst, legt SwingCam ihn in deiner Fotos-Mediathek ab. Die App liest keine Fotos oder Videos aus deiner Mediathek.

Teilen: Wenn du einen Clip über „Teilen“ weitergibst, entscheidest du, an wen und über welche App. Dafür gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen dieser App.

Speicherung und Löschung: Clips, Notizen und Markierungen liegen im Speicher der App auf deinem iPhone. Du kannst sie in der App löschen; beim Löschen der App werden alle Daten entfernt. Je nach deinen iPhone-Einstellungen können sie Teil deines persönlichen iCloud- oder Computer-Backups sein.

Diese Webseite

Die Webseite wird bei Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) gehostet. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten wie IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Seite und Browser-Kennung, um die Seite auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung.

Die Seite setzt keine Cookies, nutzt keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste und lädt keine Schriften oder Skripte von fremden Servern.

Wenn du uns per E-Mail schreibst, verwenden wir deine Angaben nur, um deine Anfrage zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. f DSGVO), und löschen sie, wenn sie dafür nicht mehr nötig sind.

Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Schreib uns dafür einfach eine E-Mail.

The SwingCam app

SwingCam does not collect any personal data. The app has no user account, no server of its own, no advertising and no analytics or tracking services, and it does not send any data to us or to third parties.

Camera and microphone: The app uses the camera to film your golf swing and the microphone to detect ball contact by its sound and to record the audio with each clip. All analysis (swing phases, posture, club) runs entirely on your iPhone. Videos are stored only on your device.

Photos: SwingCam adds a clip to your Photos library only when you choose to save it. The app does not read photos or videos from your library.

Sharing: When you share a clip, you decide with whom and through which app. The privacy policy of that app applies.

Storage and deletion: Clips, notes and markings are kept in the app's storage on your iPhone. You can delete them in the app; deleting the app removes all data. Depending on your iPhone settings they may be part of your personal iCloud or computer backup.

This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, time, requested page and browser identifier to deliver the site and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.

The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and loads no fonts or scripts from other servers.

If you email us, we use your details only to answer your request and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Just send us an email.
